After the 100% full-time conversion success of the Agile PM cohort, the Fortune 50 pharmaceutical employer returned with an expanded brief a second cohort requiring deeper technical skills: Python software development, JavaScript, AWS cloud, and IT DevOps. The same non-traditional recruiting criteria applied: no college degrees required, diverse candidates, currently outside the IT field.
Round 2 added Python, JavaScript, and IT DevOps to the Agile foundation — a more technically demanding program requiring broader instructor depth.
The employer and RAP returned because Round 1 delivered. KTCS was trusted to replicate the model with an expanded curriculum.

KTCS and its specialty staffing partner returned with the same end-to-end approach recruiting, designing, and delivering a 14-week intensive program that built Python developers and DevOps-ready IT professionals from scratch. Daily feedback loops, weekly instructor reports, 1:1 mentoring, and cohort-based learning were all retained from the proven Round 1 model.
Every design decision in Round 2 was informed by Round 1 outcomes refined curriculum sequencing, improved lab pacing, and deeper employer alignment in the final weeks of training.
Daily student feedback responses across 14 weeks every session rated offering a longitudinal dataset available to verified funders and employer partners as a quality assurance reference.
All 11 apprentices completed the program, entered the 12-month apprenticeship, and converted to full-time employment matching the 100% conversion rate achieved in Round 1.
