The KTCS UX/UI Design curriculum was designed in collaboration with the Fortune 10 Healthcare employer to produce graduates capable of contributing to enterprise design teams from day one. Graduates are proficient across the full UX/UI toolchain.

UX principles, design thinking methodology, human-centered design, accessibility standards (WCAG), user research fundamentals, and the role of UX in enterprise product development.

User-Centered Analysis & Conceptual Design
User research methods, persona development, journey mapping, information architecture, card sorting, affinity diagramming, and translating research into design concepts.

Science & Art of Effective UI Design
Visual design principles, typography, color theory, layout systems, design systems and component libraries, wireframing, and high-fidelity prototyping in Figma and Adobe XD.

Agile methodology, sprint planning, product backlog management, stakeholder communication, HTML structure, CSS styling, and the design-to-development handoff process.

Practical Usability Testing
Usability test planning, moderated and unmoderated testing methods, think-aloud protocols, heuristic evaluation, test analysis using Tableau, and synthesizing findings into design recommendations.
