Community Investment
Skill It Up™ began as a workforce training initiative delivered by Knowledge Transfer Consulting Services (KTCS), supported through U.S. Department of Labor funded programs.

Through delivering pre-apprenticeship programs and connecting participants with employers, we learned that workforce development does not end at training — it continues through connection, mentorship, and long-term opportunity.

Today, Skill It Up is evolving into a connected learning community that brings together learners, alumni, employers, and industry professionals to support long-term career growth.
