Through this collaborative relationship, we recruited candidates targeting untapped talent, people who faced barriers to employment opportunities, and put them through a transformative life changing program resulting in full time jobs with fortune 500 employers.
- UX/UI Design (2022-2023): Trained and placed twenty-seven (27) full time apprentices who were converted into full time employees with Fortune 500 Healthcare Company
- Junior COBOL Programmer (2022-2023): Placed eight (8) apprentices for Midwest Regional Bank, with a 100% conversion to full-time post 12-month apprenticeship.
- Junior Agile Project Manager and Scrum Master (2022-2023): Placed eighteen (18) apprentices with a Pharma Company, who were converted into full time employees
- Full Stack Software Engineer Python (2023-2024)): Placed five (5) apprentices to start their Apprenticeship Journey, set to end in October 2024, with a Health Care Company who has committed 100% conversion to full-time positions.
- IT Cloud Support Analyst Cloud Certification (2023-2024): Placed six (6) apprentices set to complete their Apprenticeship Journey in October 2024 with 100% conversion to full-time roles.
- Junior COBOL Programmer (2024): Fifteen completed the Pre-Apprenticeship program on April 12. All fifteen started their journey to becoming the next-gen Mainframe Professional with a Fortune 500 Healthcare Insurance Company
